"This is Maggie's second year in a row taking the 1st Overall Female Title for this huge and very competitive race, and this year she raced on the heels of a multiple solo century rides as she prepares for an 800-mile cross-country charity bike event for a nonprofit group that raises money to help children fight pediatric cancer called Cal's Angels. Nothing like tapering for a race with a 100-mile bike ride! 😊 (Maggie also took 2nd Overall Female at the Pleasant Prairie Sprint Triathlon in late June, and 2nd in her age group at Leon’s Olympic Triathlon in early June!)" - Elite/Master Level Coach Sarah Wangerin
