Relay Team at the Naperville Sprint Triathlon in Illinois….
"Ryan is only in his second season of racing, and he
has been training intensely this season for his first Ironman which will be in
Wisconsin coming up in September. Ryan decided to tack a little sprint relay
into his weekend for fun, he and his teammates took 1st overall,
largely due to Ryan’s fastest overall bike split for all the relay teams!
And this was fresh on the heels of an 80-mile bike ride less than 24 hours
earlier as he’s still in full-blown Ironman training mode! 😊"- Elite/Master Coach
