Both Kathy and Deb have had some exciting races and accomplishments this summer, as they both get ready for the ultra-challenging Toughman Long Course Aquabike and Duathlon the end of September.  (Hello, over 5,500+ ft. of elevation gain in 56-miles on the bike??!!!)  Deb had the fastest swim in her age group in the 70.3 Ironman Maine race, while Kathy was the 2nd overall athlete in the Intermediate Aquabike division at the Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival in June!
