After a
few weeks off from racing and training time focused on her climbing, improving
her threshold and improving her sprint, Arden’s hard work paid off this weekend
in the French Broad Cycling Classic Omnium.
She started the weekend off right by crushing the field to win the
10-mile Time Trial. She fought hard for
good finishes in the climbing road race and technical crit to earn the second
spot on the Podium for the overall. Way
to go Arden!
