Special award for the oldest to ever cross the channel! Was huge. Didn’t think I could finish but did.
GENIUS training program!!!!!
My training took FORTY FIVE MINUTES off of last years time…32+ miles across the most difficult and dangerous ocean passage in the world!
What should I do this week? Race Saturday!
