On
May 30 and June 1, Marcus Richter completed a race weekend in preparation for
participating in the Trans-Alps stage race. The race on May 30, 2015
consisted of 3200 feet of climbing and 26 miles of single-track mountain biking. After tough 90 minutes of racing, Marcus destroyed his field and placed
second. With this effort, he did not stop. On June 1, Marcus raced
in Überwald Bike Marathon. This course had 3800 feet of climbing and
31 miles of single-track. After setting a blistering pace during the
first part of the course, the field dwindled to a few MTBers. Marcus
crushed the remnants of his opponents to place 4th overall. Great job!
