Josué
Vázquez (Puerto Rico, Elite) won the first place in the Elite category as well
as the overall competition in his second race of the 2014 season, in his home
town of Cabo Rojo. Josue ran a smart race against a strong field of elite and
sub23 riders, and came up on a strong first place. It is his first win of the
season. He came up in third place in the previous race. Prior to that he was
training and racing in a road cycling tour as part of the Puerto Rico National
Team. We congratulate Josué for the first place and want to wish him good luck
in the upcoming races.
