Gawie Combrinck and teammate won the Lowveld quest
and reported this back to his coach, “Lowveld quest was quite an easy race. I
cracked a rib the Sunday before the race, but it was fine in the race. Only
hurts when I lie down and take deep breaths.
My team mate and I managed to pull of the win. He
was strong the second day and we got the biggest gap there. It was muddy and
cold and we won 3 of the 4 stages and had lots of fun!”
