took 2nd in the Masters 40+ Cat 2 Pick Your Poison XC Race in
Chattanooga, TN!
Outstanding
effort by Rick considering this was after a big three week block of
training. Plus, he went off course at
the beginning while in the lead, but battled back to the front soon after. Rick's edge this winter has been his
consistency in training while also lowering his weight by nearly 10 pounds from
this point last year. His power to
weight efficiency is already opening doors to him having a more prosperous 2014
race season!
