On Sept 15th, 2013, Tim Whitney
raced the 8th Annual, Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House Benefit 5K. His pacing
plan was to start out conservative and gradually build his pace to the
end. He followed through on both this
goal and his target pace goal and felt he had raced an "intelligent"
race. Way to go Tim!
