Sharmishta Narayan completes her 600km road race in under 40 hours

Sam redefines the meaning of Ironman.  A typical Ironman triathlete covers about 226 km in one race; however, Sam did this 3 fold in one race.  She is the 3rd woman in India history to complete a series of 200 km, 400 km, AND 600 km bike races in one calendar year.  She finished her 600 km road race this past Thursday in under 40 hours………..This is FORTY STRAIGHT HOURS IN THE BIKE SADDLE!!  What an impressive accomplishment, Sam!
