Ralph Sigg is currently 3rd in his age group: 50 –
60. He is 51st overall after 3 stages of the Haute Route Alpes. http://www.hauteroute.org/.
There are over 600 riders competing in this
event. He was second on today’s
stage. In his race notes he reported his
legs being heavy. Not a bad day when you
don’t feel 100%. Today’s stage had just
over 11,000 ft. of climbing and took just over 5:45.
Ralph: congratulations on the podium finish
today. With all the work you have done
over the last 10 months there should be a podium for you on Sunday!
