As part of a nine day trip
at the French Alps (800km, 30hrs, 14k mts. Gained), Alvaro Pacheco Jr.,
Brazilian, 51 years old, PCG Athlete since 2011, is here at the Croix de
Fer/Glandon climbs.
Following that climb, after 4:30hrs of riding, he did an ITT
up on Alp D'Huez, timing 1h: 10m. The record is from Pantani with 39min. One
hour is considered a very good time for a fit amateur that only gets
warmed up and rides up.
