Michael Prise 2nd place Issaquah Sprint Triathlon

Michael took 2nd place at the Issaquah Sprint Triathlon, age group 50 - 54, Issaquah WA, June 1, 2013.  This race was to sharpen the point of his training leading up to Ironman Coeur d'Alene at the end of the month.  He went hard on the bike than last 3rd followed two other guys in my age group who had been swapping places with me.  Run was really solid, didn't have to look at my watch, yet still held a 7 min/mile pace.
