Once upon a time, Keith
Moore did a couple of very short triathlons. Then he stepped away from
the triathlon world for close to 20 years, until this past Sunday, June 9th
2013 when he reentered the world of Triathlon with a much loftier event in Cambridge,
MD, The Eagleman 70.5 (Half Ironman Distance). This race was a planned
stepping stone to his big goal of finishing an Ironman this September.
He felt the swim was the best part of the day as he felt very comfortable the
entire thing. On the bike he did a phenomenal job keeping the variability
low with a VI of 1.01! - Something Keith and his PCG Coach Karen Mackin have
been working on. And although the run was tough, he pulled it off and had
a great day! Congratulations Keith!
