Dan Burns takes his First Podium!

 Peaks athlete, Dan Burns, didn’t let the Covid pandemic interrupt his progress on the bike. After a long, unplanned break from racing Dan took on the 40k Church Creek time trial on July 18th. Dan blazed through the course with a PR time of 52:59 at 27.9 MPH. Dan’s outstanding ride captured the top step of the podium in the 45+ age division. 

Dan’s coach, Gordy Paulson PCG Master Level Coach said “Dan’s focus, determination, and drive are the reason that he’s now riding at a whole new level. I’m excited to watch as Dan tackles more races in the northeast.”
