They finished in the 32nd position out of 350 plus duos, and finished second in the mixed (male+female) duos.
Deborah does not have a power meter in the mountain bike but has one on her road bike and a smart trainer, which has helped her know her body better and manage her efforts. She is training for the Vuelta a Guatemala UCI 2.2 Road Cycling Tour in Guatemala in June.
This race a “fun” exercise which helped her practice some of the pre-race routines and hydration/nutrition practices. Axel has been steadily participating in the 2020 MTB Season races in Puerto Rico and he is undefeated so far.
