Last Sunday July 15th, Laura Conway placed 2nd at the Appleman Sprint Triathlon in Littleton, MA.  

 After having a rough swim and struggling to get efficiently clipped in during her transition to the bike, she worked extra hard and managed to regain the minutes lost passing enough of her competitors in her age category to take home a 2nd place win.  Congratulations Laura!

 Laura is coached by PCG Elite/Master Coach Karen Mackin
