Lorna Carlstein wins 5 South Africa national masters championship golds on the velodrome this past week; points race, 500m TT, scratch race, pursuit, and 1500 meter!
Fresh off the SA national championship
40+ masters road title victory, Lorna came into the events fit and rested with
+20 TSB on Hunter Allen's performance management chart and mostly just rode
away from her competition on the track! The exception was the 1500m where she
showed the track sprinters her speed and took the sprint from 200m!
