Another Top Podium National Individual Time Trial Championship in El Salvador

Yesterday, PCG Athlete Karen Umaña won in convincing fashion the National Individual Time Trial Championship in El Salvador in the Master A category.   Karen comes from Triathlon and this year, despite the pandemic, has continued to train heavily indoors.  Her coach Jaime Tolentino tells us that Karen is a sample of a coaches’ s dream athlete: "She is so dedicated that it was difficult at first to even slow her down to do recovery weeks!”
