On Sunday, Aug 19, 2018 Bill Sheahan finished his 7th Ironman with PR's across the board (personal records for swim, T1, bike, T2, and run!).  It was an overall 52 minute personal best Ironman time and 55 minutes faster on the same course (Mont Tremblant).

Karen Mackin, his Peaks Coaching Group Coach and Bill worked out a race plan using Power on both the bike and the Run. This was the first year of pacing the run using his Stryd Power meter and Bill felt like it was definitely helpful. He said "I just went with the power numbers!" even when the pace might have told him otherwise, he knew in the long run sticking to the power plan would pay off.  And it really did!

Congratulations Bill for the Best Ironman Ever!
