PCG athlete Kristy Noesges, coached by Master Coach Chris Myers, PhD, added another accomplishment to her long line of wins. In her first ever national duathlon event, Kristy decimated her competition.

During the USAT Duathlon Nationals in Greenville, SC, Kristy battle cold and rainy conditions to qualify Duathlon Worlds in 2019 in Spain. In the draft-legal sprint distance on April 8, 2018, Kristy set two new PRs in for the runs. This effort set the stage for her to place 8th overall in the draft legal event.

The next day, Kristy set another PR, this time on the bike. On April 9, 2018, Kristy lined up for the non-draft sprint distance DU. After her R1, she set a personal best on the bike for the sprint distance. This result placed her in the top ten for the non-draft sprint event.

With DU Nationals being her first event of the 2018 season, Kristy has set the stage for an awesome season. Great job Kristy!
