Congrats to Robb Herrick for
placing second today in the NCNCA District Individual Time Trial Championships
in the Masters 45-49 Category.
The conditions for this
years ITT weren’t ideal, having to use embrocation in June. The course is at
5000 feet, temperatures mid 40’s with strong cross winds and head winds on the
return leg. He was able to focus on the event with a time of only 7 seconds
slower than last year. All the changes to his training are really paying
off.
