The
past Sunday, Marcus Richter, coached by Peak Master/Elite Coach Chris Myers,
finished the Cape Epic mountain bike race in South Africa.
Over this 8
day stage race, Marcus rode 800 km and climbed over 15,000 meters of
mountainous terrain.
He and his partner crushed the competition to place
5th in the Grand Masters category.
Marcus’ accomplishment is a prime
example what an athlete can accomplish with attention to detail during training
and true grit and tenacity.
