Jan 24th, 2015 marked a great
day for Greg Judin. He happily claimed 6th place in his division at
Buffelspoort Dam, South Africa Full XTERRA off-road triathlon. He said
he thoroughly enjoyed the incredibly challenging event. Given the extremely
hot weather, he was especially pleased with his nutrition plan for the race (he
works with PCG Nutritionist, Namrita O'Dea) stating he thought it went
incredibly well. In his post-race briefing with his Peaks Coach,
Karen Mackin, he couldn't get over how much fun he had in the highly technical
mt. bike and running trails over rock gardens and sand that he explained he
just HAD to add another off-road event to his calendar! Congratulations
Greg!
