Mike had a bit of a
tough second stage on Saturday but still finished pretty close to the top at
10th place. After that stage, Mike was sitting in 5th overall and only a few
points off the podium. Going in the final stage, Mike raced well and helped his
teammate Eric place 4th on the stage putting Eric on the podium in 3rd overall.
He also crushed the field in a preme sprint win and he finished 11th on the
stage and put him in 4th place overall in the Omnium stage race. Mike has been
on fire all season.
