When describing the race (and how hard it was) to Peaks coach Karen Mackin, Greg Judin said, "They don't call it 'Tough One' for nothing!" The 32k running race that takes place in Randburg, South Africa is really called that! Greg, no stranger to tough events (accomplishing both an UltraMarathon and TransAlps earlier in the year), rose to the occasion and managed to receive the Bronze Medal issued only to those who finish the even in less than 3 hours. Coming in at 2 hours and 34 minutes, he nearly hit the silver medal award (for Sub 2:30). Something to strive for next year! Congratulations Greg!
