McDowell of Team FireFox India competed in the Coimbatore Half Marathon and set
a goal time of 1:23:00. Richard finished
the race with a time of 1:20:21. He had
a fantastic race!
Richard
then went on to win the Hyderabad Half Iron Man on Oct 20, 2013. His goal time
was 5:15:00 and he finished in 1st place with a winning time of 5:20:00, finishing
40 minutes ahead of 2nd place.
