Hart smokes the competition at VA state TT champs

Last weekend John Hart pushed through tough humidity to win another state time trial championship.  This time it was VA and although not a state resident, so, not the state champ, he was definitely the fastest man in the state by laying down a time of 47:14 on the 23 mile course.  A great effort in very humid conditions.
