On August 25th Lynette Ngo,
headed out for Singapore's Individual Time Trial National Championships.
The course required very good cornering as it included 3 complete U
turns. "We knew Lynette had a really good chance based on her Functional
Threshold Power, but we also wanted to make sure that she did everything right,
so she practiced those turnarounds!" her Peaks Coach Karen Mackin
explained. When Siong Hing (husband, and ultimate race support) skype
chatted "She's done it!" We all were so excited and thrilled!
Then,
the next day (Aug 26th), on the same course, they ran the Singapore Road Race
National Championship and Coach Karen got another skype chat message,
"She's done it again! Road race Masters national cycling champion.
Lyn's won the Woman's Master Road Race - National Champion Jersey
too!" Congratulations Lynette!
