Ralph Sigg from Zurich, Switzerland, began a 7 day multi-sport team event today, the Swiss Gigathlon!
Today was the first day of the event event: http://www.gigathlon.ch/de.html.
Ralph
finished the cycling leg in the 18th spot before handing the relay off to his
next team mate. The course was 85km with
1750hm of climbing and a time of 2:51!
On to day two! All those long days of endurance and hill repeats are
starting to pay dividends.
