PCG athlete Cole Sims PRs

Cole Sims, a multisport athlete of Coach Lisa Colvin, PRed in his first 5K of the season!  After spending several years trying to break 22 minutes, Cole SMOKED his PR to run 21:22 on a tough course at the Ashley St. Romain Memorial 5K and was 2nd in his age group!!  Watch out for this multisporters this year!!
