Mathew Green takes 1st in Atomic Sprint Triathlon

On Sept 29th, 2012 Matthew Greene raced in the Atomic Sprint Triathlon in Lenoir city, TN.   He started the day with a swim that "felt great" focusing on technique and good sighting (swim straight!), had what he would consider to be a so-so bike leg but finished it off with a great run with "enough left in the tank to cruise up the last hill".   He took 1st place in his age group and 7th place overall, Congratulations Matthew!
