On Saturday June 16th, Laura Conway finished the Patriot Half Ironman in East Freetown, MA in 5 hours and 22 minutes.  

 This was a fantastic improvement from her last years time.  She finished the race strong with a smoking fast run and a smile across her face putting her in 4th place in the Women 40-44 Age Group.  

 Congratulations Laura!
