Walter Mattos Takes 1st in Serra do Rio do Rastro

After an airline flight down to Santa Catarina from Rio de Janeiro, Walter Mattos of Momo/PCG raced his way to the TOP of the podium at one Brazils most coveted races.  The famed “Serra do Rio do Rastro” is a 24.6km course that winds its way up close to 4,000 vertical feet into the clouds.  

Though in good shape now Walters PCG Elite/Master Coach Aaron Long claims he should be in much better form come August for the Haute Route Dolomites.
