Scott Wisseman Winning In Virginia

Athlete and former PCG Intern Scott  Wisseman, won the Virginia State Time Trial Championship (Cat 3) on Saturday, and then on Sunday had his first win in a 1/2/3 race at the
Shenandoah Speedway Points Race Criterium, where he lapped the field!
