Craig
was flying solo on this event with no team help, but turned a convincing time
trial to secure a place only 30 seconds from the top guys. Craig followed
that up with a break in the first road race and took back over 2 minutes on the
field and took 5th place overall. Despite aggressive attempts
at a breakaway and attempts to get bonuses in the crit, he wasn't able to notch
up a few more seconds, but did incredible work to secure a 5th place
overall!
