My client Justin Bessell won his state championship for ITT this
past weekend. Following his win, he wrote to me, “On Saturday became UCI S.A.
State ITT champion for Masters 50 - 55yrs. Culmination of 6 months’ work - job
done! Culmination of 5 years really, understanding myself, my cycling, working
out my strengths and then training to that. Understanding the need to train
with power and getting all my bikes setup with power meters. Quite a lot of
pieces of the puzzle have come together in the last 6 months. Anything else now
is just a bonus. Thanks for your help - it would never have happened without
you! Looking forward to what we can achieve in the future.”Great job Justin!!
