In
Stage 3 of New Zealand's Tour of the Southland, Bissell pro Carter Jones rode
strong in a 15 man break and used his climbing strength to take 2nd only 3
seconds off of the stage winner on the brutal Bluff Hill finishing climb.
That stage finish moved him into 2nd on GC in a strong position for a podium
