Coach Cort Cramer wins 50-mile trail running race

Coach Cort Cramer took the win at the TARC Summer Classic held in Medfield, MA on August 18th.  This was Coach Cort's 50-mile debut, and the course with 1500ft vertical per 10mi proved to be quite a challenge.  Utilizing the proper pacing and fueling guidelines that he preaches so often to his stable of athletes, he took the lead at Mile 30 and ended up winning by a 6-minute margin.
