In a battle of PCG athletes at the
NRC Cascade Classic, Carter Jones laid down a 10th placed TT on Thursday to
take over the best young rider spot from Ian Boswell. Carter was 5th last year at the same race,
but the new flatter TT course favored the bigger riders, so, Jones is well
placed in overall GC at 7th and atop the leader board in the young rider
category.
