Stephen Cheung, co-author of "Cutting-Edge Cycling", has been getting in some riding and sent the Peaks Coaching Group an update of what he's been up to since the books launch party in April.

"Here's what it looked like about 1500 m from the peak of the Stelvio this past Thursday. Not having any oxygen (2758 m altitude) made for a final Rodriguez attack at 500 m to go that lasted about 50 m!

Had an insanely fabulous PezCycling News 10th anniversary party this last week up in Bormio and also at Lake Garda. It culminated in participating at the Gran Fondo Damiano Cunego, where I ended up chasing Cunego and the leaders down the final fast/twisty 15 km descent to the finish (peak speed of 78+km/h!) and then riding the final 3 km with Cunego, then sprinting into the finish with the two-up winning break with the announcer mistakenly and very excitedly calling out my placing in 3rd!"   -  Stephen Cheung
