Ted Jones has had a tough winter of training and was working to resolve persistent calf issues.  He stuck with his rehabilitation plan and has overcome his running pain!  SO HAPPY!

Ted has been a long time client of Peaks Coach Lisa Colvin and his swimming and biking have improved so dramatically that others in the region don't have a clue who he is!  When they find out, they want to know "what the heck did you do"?  Ted graciously tells others about PCG and his success with Coach Colvin's triathlon clients.

In his first race this season, the 7th Annual Warhawk Triathlon, Ted ran through calf pain and was 4th in his age-group!  This represents a 4 MINUTE PR for the course from 2010!

Ted also competed in the Tour (Race) of Piney Hills in Ruston, LA on May 5, 2012.  Ted lovingly refers to this ride as the Tour of Painey Hills.  3500 feet of climbing in 63 miles (and you thought Louisiana was flat!).  Ted averaged 19.6 mph, his best performance to date, on one of the toughest courses around!  CONGRATS!  Awesome Performance Ted!
