Tri of the year in a 2:20:30. He lives in Juneau AK. This winter the snow just
wouldn't stop coming down, for weeks having to shovel twice per day. He had to
train 90% of the time indoors on a Computrainer and treadmill with no access to
open water swims. After arriving in Hawaii, he comes down with a slight cold.
He is able to fight it off by Sunday's race. Despite some challenges during the
run, he was very excited to achieve his goal time. ** May 15th - he was just informed that he
qualified for 2012 Olympic distance National Championships in August. **
