On 6/17/17, PCG Athlete Kristy Noesges, coached by PCG Master/Elite Coach Chris Myers, crushed her competition at the Tri-It Duathlon. Under the rainy and slick conditions, Kristy braved slick roots and mud during the trail run of the first run segment. After slipping a few times, she fell a little behind her competition. However, this did not deter her. After a T1 transition under 90 seconds in length, Kristy caught up and flew by her competition on the bike by setting one of the top bike splits for the day. Coming off the bike, she set a T2 under 60 seconds. Still braving the same slick conditions on the trail, Kristy was able to hold off the competition to place 1st in her age group and 8th female overall. Great job, Kristy!!!
