Congratulations to Sarah Matchett on a successful week at
her first Masters Nationals Road Race Championships. In the road race,
Sarah just missed out on a medal finishing 6th in the field
sprint. Her favorite event, the time trial, featured a very hilly 33K out
and back course on a hot and windy day. Averaging over 24 mph, Sarah
finished with a time of 49:16 good for the silver medal. Sarah has worked
extremely hard over the last several months balancing a busy career and
family. Her dedication and focus is an inspiration to many! Congratulations Sarah!
