Following the Masters GC win and 3rd place overall, Christopher spoke to Coach McLaughlin about the race, “Short, but hard race today, with steep grades. I managed to stay at the front and throw in some good efforts. One rider escaped and I was at the chase with another three riders. After some hard racing I was left with just another one at the chase, but couldn't reel in the solo rider at the front. I won the masters GC and third overall. Pretty good for a "C" race!”
During
the race, Christopher wore his Greek National Champion Jersey. He is doing the jersey
proud.
