Sunday, September 7, 2014, marked
the official start to Bruce Rychlik's Cyclocross season. He started it
off at a very good place! In fact, fourth place in the Men’s Cat 4/5 race
in Maynard, MA at Quad Cross. As he explained to his PCG Coach Karen
Mackin, "this race was my "first race ever" two years earlier. I really like how I've progressed in terms of fitness, bike handling,
being smart and reading the race course, and equipment upgrades." His
coach, Karen remarked that "Bruce placed well in this race due to all of his
hard work throughout the season, holding on to a high level of fitness, and
really working on those essential cross skills." Congratulations Bruce.
